Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Vaultly is an independent reseller of digital subscription plans. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an official partner of any subscription provider.

All third-party product names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

2. What you are buying

You are buying a subscription plan for a stated duration — either one month or twelve months, as selected at checkout. The plan is applied to an account you hold with the service provider.

Features, catalogue contents, device limits and streaming quality are determined by the service provider, not by us, and may change during your plan period. We describe plans as accurately as we can but cannot guarantee provider-side features.

3. Eligibility and regional availability

Each product page lists the eligibility requirements and the countries in which the plan is supported. You are responsible for checking these before you pay.

If you order from an unsupported region, or you do not meet the stated eligibility requirements, we may cancel the order. Cancellations made by us are refunded in full.

4. Delivery

Activation instructions are sent to the email address on your order, within the delivery time stated on the product page. Your order status in your dashboard reflects progress: Pending, Processing, then Active.

Vaultly will never ask you for the password to your account with a service provider, a one-time code, or your full card number.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to resell, share, or redistribute access purchased through us except where the plan explicitly permits it. Where a provider withdraws access because their terms were breached, no refund is due.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's checkout and are not received or stored by us. Prices are shown in the currency stated on the product page and include the amount payable at checkout.

7. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for changes a provider makes to its own service, pricing, catalogue, or regional availability.
