An independent marketplace for digital subscriptions.
Vaultly sells subscription plans for music, video streaming, software, gaming and cloud storage. We are a reseller: you buy a plan from us, and we send you the instructions to activate it on your own account with the service provider.
What we are not
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an official partner of any subscription provider. We do not claim any certification, award, or industry rating. All third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to describe what a plan is for.
How we work
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe's own checkout page. We do not receive or store your card number.
Regional availability
Each product page lists the countries a plan supports. If we cannot deliver to your region, we cancel the order and refund it.
Delivery
Activation instructions are sent by email to the address on your order, within the delivery time stated on the product page.
Your data and your passwords
We never ask for the password to your account with a service provider. The only password Vaultly stores is your own Vaultly password, kept as a salted hash. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
Refunds
If an order is not delivered on time, or the access we send does not work and we cannot replace it, you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase. We publish the exact conditions rather than a blanket guarantee — read the Refund Policy.
