1. What we collect

• Account data: your name, email address, and your Vaultly password stored as a salted hash.
• Order data: the plans you buy, the amount paid, order status, and the start and expiry dates of each plan.
• Support data: the contents of any support ticket or refund request you submit.

2. What we do not collect

• We do not receive or store your card number — payments are processed by Stripe on their own checkout page.
• We do not collect or store passwords for any third-party service provider. We never ask for them.

3. How we use it

To fulfil and activate your orders, produce invoices, send order confirmations and renewal reminders, and answer your support or refund requests.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it with advertisers.

4. Processors we use

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — sending transactional email such as order confirmations and renewal reminders.

5. Retention and your rights

Order records are retained for accounting purposes. You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account by emailing us; we honour deletion requests except where records must be kept by law.

6. Security

Sessions are stored in httpOnly cookies, passwords are stored as salted PBKDF2 hashes, and the site is served over an encrypted connection.
